Jeopardy Review Night

I am taking classes to complete two endorsements right now, one in reading, the other in ESOL. I was in my linguistics class the other night and we were doing a Jeopardy review before our final which is tomorrow. I made up 3 questions out of one of the chapters and was having a really hard time thinking of the last one. Here is what I came up with: (it was all written on the back on a 3x5 index card)

Homonyms are words that sound the same but are spelled differently.
Here is a joke: What is a smelly chicken? A foul fowl

You have 30 seconds to make up your own homonym joke... GO!

The professor was laughing so hard she could barely finish reading my question and the class was laughing and no one could come up with one for the longest time! Finally someone said a hoarse horse but they didn't make up the joke. I gave them partial points!

You WILL be entertained when you take a class with me!
